The lovely people from APT came to Nice and Serious with the challenge of helping them explain what the OPCAT is, a system adopted by governments to increase transparency in all places where people are deprived of their liberties. Made for an international audience, I think the main challenge I faced was to keep the piece suggestive, also neutral in terms of locations and characters, to not point fingers at any specific country.
